I was out of town and my wife's Rav 4 alarm went off . She took it to Beaverton Toyota where she bought . Our Rav for is a 2008 impeccable condition. They LIED AND LIED to my wife about what the repair cost would be saying it would be 9k to fix our car , so my wife bless her heart needed a vehicle, so believing the BS these clowns were spewing . Oh yeah I called my trusted personal mechanic at Aloha Auto = I've been with them for 17years . My mechanic who's certified in all repairs told me the PART TO FIX OUR CAR COST UNDER 9 HUNDRED DOLLARS..AND THAT'S NOT DEALER COST . PROBABLY MORE LIKE 200 HUNDRED FOR THE PART THEIR COST .SO KNOWING ALL OF THIS AND THAT THEY PLAYED AND LUED TO MY WIFE AND STOLE FROM HER IS DISPICABLE. OK # 1 THEY LIED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. TELLING MY WIFE THE CAR WAS SHOT AND IT WOULD TAKE 9K TO FIX IT = LIE # 2 AFTER FIGURING OUT THEY COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF MY WIFE . I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP . AND PRETENDED I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE CAR, AFTER A TEST DRIVE AND KNOWING THIS RAV 4 HAD BEEN SITTING IN MY GARAGE SINCE 2008 WHEN WE BOUGHT HER NEW . I KEPT PUSHING FOR THE MAINTENANCE REPORT AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME , SAYING OH IT WAS JUST A REAR SEAL AND A BACK WIPER BLADE!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME . I TOTALLY TOTALLY BUSTED THEM AND WHEN I IDENTIFIED MYSELF THEY ( ONE OF THE MANGERS NAMED JULIAN TOLD ME I WAS TRYING TO WORK THE SYSTEM. ! AND I HAD NO RIGHT TO QUESTION HIM . ALSO TRIED THE GM JAKE .. WELL GUESS WHAT HE BOUGHT IT FOR HIS SON !!! AND IM SURE IT WAS FOR A LOT LESS THAN WHAT THEY WERE ASKING TO SELL OUR CAR ...!! I WOULD SAY THIS IS FRAUD....!!! WOULDN'T YOU ??? I'M LOOKING AT FILING SUIT DISHONEST THEIVES THAT STEAL IN PUBLIC ARE JUST AS BAD AS THE THEIVES THAT STEAL AT NIGHT IF YOUD LIKE TO TALK MY NUMBER IS 503 360 8413 KEVIN NEVER EVER BUY A CAR HERE !!!!!!
