From the very first contact I had with Teri Dodson in the online sales department I could see this place was different. Teri responded immediately to my inquiry via text and answered all my questions honestly and promptly. I arranged to come out on a specific day and time and Teri had the car cleaned and set aside for us. In the meantime, they had gotten in 3 other cars that met our criteria. All four cars were Certified and listed at approximately $1,000 less than most the comparable ones we had seen elsewhere. When we arrived and asked for a Senior Manager as Teri instructed, he hooked us up with salesman Kevin Haines. Kevin was no nonsense, low pressure and extremely easy to work with. He didn't waste our time and made the whole buying process as streamlined as possible. He was a real professional and a pleasure, especially after our other experiences elsewhere. We didn't end up with the original car we had inquired about, but one of the other 3 they had in stock fit the bill perfectly and we drove it home that day. I so appreciate the "no-haggle" approach, especially when their no-haggle price is reasonable from the get-go. We drove an hour one way to get there, but I would highly recommend Beaverton Toyota - and Teri and Kevin - to anyone. More

I can't see anything wrong with that equation. And even though I declined the add-on warranties and maintenance services, they still included some complimentary services to make the buying experience pleasant as well as finding a way for me to save on plate fees. You are always wary of being taken advantage of when buying a car, but in this case I felt like it was the opposite: I was pleasantly surprised they were working to save me money. My dad recommended that I go see someone that he used to work with that worked at Beaverton Toyota, and that would be Jim. To quote my dad, "He's a good guy and won't screw you over." Jim and Mike took very good care of me. They found me three possible vehicles that would match my price point and they were all very good choices. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. Jim even followed me home in my newly bought Camry because I had to drive my rental home. My payment is only slightly higher than before, when my credit was fantastic. Seamless Certified Used Toyota Purchase! My wife and I came by to check out a certified used 4Runner we saw listed on Beaverton Toyota’s website. My sales rep, Von Anderson, met me at the door and walked me to the vehicle which was already pulled up with my name displayed on it. He talked me through all the interior features and we went out for a test drive. Once I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle we talked details of my trade-in and purchase options. Since my credit union was out-of-state I had to wait to finalize the transaction until 2 days later, but that was to no fault of Beaverton Toyota. After taking the vehicle home I did notice a few issues (an unbalanced tire and a seat wouldn’t fold flat). They got me in right away for service and were able to correct the issues at no cost. Von even gave me a call a few weeks later to check in and ensure I was satisfied. Top notch guy! The next time we’re in the market for a Toyota we will not even have to think of which dealer we’ll use (hint: Beaverton Toyota!) More
