This is a 5-star dealership and a 10 Star service dealership. All my business going forward and all the referrals I will ever make going forward (which are many) will go to them. They deliver on their promises above and beyond and fixed the issues I had at another dealership 70 miles away. I had a bad experience at this dealership. I came for a broken headlight and a check engine light on. 3 hours later I was given my car back and told my engine light was on. I told the service I came for a broken headlight and a check engine light on. 3 hours later I was given my car back and told my engine light was on. I told the service person I came for that reason and was told the info did not get thru s I needed to make another appt which I did. The shop manager was condescending and spoke to me as if I was totally ignorant, he even yelled at me on the phone. I will never go back to Beaverton toyota and will not buy another toyota as the service is awfull. More

I worked with Luis to purchase a used RAV4 and he was incredibly helpful. This was my first time purchasing a car with a payment plan and he was very detailed with the process.
