Did what they said! Doing what you say you will do seems so simple, but it isn't always when it comes to buying a car. We contacted Beaverton Toyota because my brother had worked with them for years, although we live in Vancouver, Washington. We were trying to purchase a particular Toyota Tundra, nothing fancy, just a regular every day truck. We went to two other dealer ships are got the run around, for over 3 months. Even though they said they could get the truck, they couldn't so we order the truck we wanted from a dealership. Come to find out they hadn't really order our truck even though we put money down for months. We discussed with the staff at Beaverton Toyota the truck when wanted finally. They found one within the day, but would have to have it sent to the dealership. We said go. They got it within a few days. We went in and purchased the truck. Within a couple of hours, we had the truck. They people we worked with were great, courteous, informative, friendly, and helped us to set up some of the new features before we ever left the dealership. What a fantastic experience.
