Kate and Beaverton Toyota provided my best car shopping experience by far. We dealt only with Kate through the entire transaction. There was no pressure. Everything was handled on a tablet computer and ALL of the details were right there for me to review. Even the detailed aspects of the extended warranty were freely shared and easy to review. After we settled on a term and interest rate and options, Biff went to bat for us and found better terms, a lower interest rate, and a cheaper extended warranty with the same coverage. We didn't ask for this; he just did it on his own. I will definitely be back at Beaverton Toyota when it is time for another vehicle. More

He was very friendly and helpful and answered all our many questions in a nonpushy way. He was very patient and pleasant to work with and helped us through the entire process of leasing a new car, including making sure I got a fair deal on my trade in (which I purchased at Beaverton Toyota in 2005).
