Quick delivery We were looking to possibly trade in our Prius for the most recent model. Our sales rep, Mati, showed us the models on the lot then drove us to their We were looking to possibly trade in our Prius for the most recent model. Our sales rep, Mati, showed us the models on the lot then drove us to their second lot to look at the other models. We knew found the model we wanted but they didn't have it in the color we wanted. Toyota requests a $1000 deposit to get a car delivered if you're serious about getting the car. We put the money down and we're told it would be at the lot in 2 days. The next morning I had a voicemail stating the car was delivered early and I could come in to complete the paperwork. I had to work until 6pm, but Mati said I could meet him at 7 or 7:30, whatever worked. We left in our new car around 9pm. Mati made sure we had all our questions answered before driving off. We were Prius owners previously so we were familiar with how the Prius operated, we just needed to be updated on the new safety features. More

Hassle free car buying experience I made an online reservation to test drive a used 2010 Ford Focus. Received a response moments later. When I arrived at the dealership I was instantly I made an online reservation to test drive a used 2010 Ford Focus. Received a response moments later. When I arrived at the dealership I was instantly greeted by Binh Nguyen. He walked me over to the car and was able to answer all my questions about it. After the test drive I was very pleased with the condition of the car and wanted to take it home that same day. Binh got started on all the paper and walked me thru all the financing options. Unfortunately it did take a while to secure a loan since my credit score was much lower than I thought it was.
