(Unlucky for me!). But the service department still think they can figure it out and advice me to let them check. A few hours later they call me amd say they already fix the problem: they found out the warning is due to dust in the air flow and they charge me 115$US for the fixing fee. Only a few hour later, the check engine turn ON again and then OFF intermitenly EXACTLY like before!!!! My question is: defintely my problem is not even fixed. 1/I like to bring my car AS SOON AS THE WARNING IS ON without an appointment (because I'm quite sure if I wait for the appointment time, the signal will turn OFF!!). Can you assure me that? 2/Once you find the true problem, the fix should be considered paid because I did pay already my check engine problem from the first time (115$US). Once we got all the numbers crunched an approved they came back after finding a better rate, which we had to resign all over again but again always kept us in the loop. After all the papers were signed an we went out to the car Greg helped with connecting my phone to the blue tooth and answered all remaining questions with detailed answers. Again we never felt rushed to buy or sign Greg made the whole process very easy an comfortable. More

dishonest service manager The service manager was very dishonest. My appointment to change the oil in my vehicle took 2 hours and 25 minutes. He wrote that I had signed in at 11:30, when I had signed in at 10:10 for my 10;30 appointment. He kept saying that he got the service done in 1.5 hours in order to meet his service criteria. Definitely not true. The service was supposed to be at no charge b/c of service contract purchased at the time of buying my vehicle. He looked this up when I signed in for the appointment. At one point he came to get me saying my car was ready. He was going over the service data when I realized this wasn't my car. He had someone else's bill. When my car was finally ready, the service data indicated that I had requested a cabin filter. That was not true. He had also charged me for the oil change service, which was inaccurate. I have historically had great service from this dealer and have purchased 3 vehicles from them. I called the service manager and, also, called the service manager to report this problem. The transaction between my credit union and their financial department was seamless. This is my second new car buying experience and this one was far above my first one. More
FINALLY a good experience! Loving our new car!! Muhammad Khan was so easy to work with, he didn't make things complicated and he listened to what I wanted and didn't want. He kept my kids happy with cookies and juice and really enjoyed their silliness. I feel like I left with a good deal and we are in love with our new family car. Biff was also a huge part of making the experience worth it. We kept coming back, despite the previous poor experiences because BT's inventory is one of the best and its really close to our home. But I think they really need to clean some house on their sales reps who are stuck in some very old ways of dealing with customers. That dealership could be one of the best in the state... but the sleazy sales tactics gotta go! The market is changing and consumers will not tolerate that anymore. Keep up the good work Muhammad and Biff - you guys ROCK! More
Fast and friendly service at Beaverton Toyota Due to an unfortunate accident, I needed to buy a new car. Decided on a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Beaverton Toyota had the best deal in the Portland Due to an unfortunate accident, I needed to buy a new car. Decided on a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Beaverton Toyota had the best deal in the Portland Metro area. They also opffered an expanded warranty for no extra charge.
