Best Dealer Service I've Ever Had From start to finish, this was the best dealer service I've ever had. From the friendly greeting of the gentleman checking me in to the last moment wh From start to finish, this was the best dealer service I've ever had. From the friendly greeting of the gentleman checking me in to the last moment when my service associate told me where to find my car. I had a 95K mile service and a suspected chipmunk nest in the engine! There was, indeed, a nest and the filters were replaced and the nest removed (no residents, thankfully). Apparently, chipmunks like Hepa filters! Who knew?!? The waiting area was like being at the airport but better! Free computer terminals to web browse, stocked cafe with free coffee/tea. TV for those inclined, vending machines, bathrooms with a SHOWER, and nice quite places to sit, as well. These guys have this down! Car was in great shape, I was told when I would need to replace my tires and at the level of wear of my brakepads (which was great). I will definitely take my 2004 Toyota Highlander here for future services! More
