Good, but could be great. They are a first class act....however there is room for improvement. We used to get checked in, and able to get out of our car and go into the lounge much quicker. Recently they have instituted a new plan. This plan probably serves Beaverton Toyota well, but not the customer. When a customer drives into the shop they are immediately greeted and asked the reason for their visit. A sign is magnetically placed on top of their car. It is an indicator for the various departments that this car needs service a, or b, or c, etc. You are asked to wait. Then you sit and wait....I have waited 15-20 minutes in their drop off area twice in the past 2 months.....we have to wait until someone from service a, b, or c is available to check in the car. I got out of my car and looked around....what is going on that no one is checking me out? Other customers are voicing the same. More
Excellent service!!! complaining about sale & customer service Three monthes ago i leased my new Camry from Beaverton Toyota. They gave me the car with some badly scratrch parts. they promised to fix it ASAP but u Three monthes ago i leased my new Camry from Beaverton Toyota. They gave me the car with some badly scratrch parts. they promised to fix it ASAP but until three montes passed and left my car one Whole day at their service center but they say they need one more day !!!! I called them to schedule another day to fix it but they did not answer me , Althought i called them several times to their number directly and leave them the message . I think they just want to sell their car and dont think about customer services and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I am so sorry for myself to deal with them and i can give them ziro star... More

Amazing I got help right away. I was able to test drive a car that I ended up buying. The sales person was really nice I had my son with me he really took car I got help right away. The staff ,even though they did not directly deal with our purchase, also engaged us with their great customer service.Would highly recommend friends & family to stop in Beaverton Toyota! More

The first time we dealt with one amazing individual (Robert Peterson ) throughout the entire process from start to finish. Beaverton Toyota should be proud to have this terrific young man on their staff as he is a wonderful asset to the concern. We could not be more pleased with everything from the delicious food at the snack bar, to the end product of our new 2017 Corolla. You may rest assured, we will only need to go to one dealership for the rest of our time here on the big blue marble, and that will be Beaverton Toyota.
