Excellent service I never thought a car service center could be so superior. My first time at this center I immediately became overwhelmed at the number of people in l I never thought a car service center could be so superior. My first time at this center I immediately became overwhelmed at the number of people in line before me when I arrived at 7:04 ( they open at 7). I watched and tried to calculate if I would be able to make it to work by 8 with a 18 minute drive ahead. Service techs were buzzing about asking for names and placing plastic numbers on cars and then placing papers in the plastic numbers. They are quick, methodical and highly effective at this and I waited a few minutes for my shuttle..... BUT. I got to work 20 minutes early... The work was done... my shuttle picked me up on time and I was quickly shown the work on my car and sent off my way. While my work was pre-paid and on a new vehicle... I don't foresee anything else I would want for my car be handled any other way than with excellence. More

Poor to say the least Service Department - When I checked in the team couldn't find my appointment and I proceeded to stand around for almost 20 minutes. Once I came back Service Department - When I checked in the team couldn't find my appointment and I proceeded to stand around for almost 20 minutes. Once I came back in the afternoon - the service rep informed me that I should have my AC sanitized to which I said - it would have been great to have a phone call on this earlier to get it done rather than have to come back. Also, when I tried to call back and reschedule service for my Prius I got a less than great reception. This relates to my previous poor experience where the service staff language and conversation were not something that should be put in a customer facing environment. It's a subpar experience - especially when comparing to the service at Broadway Toyota. More

I was looking for a used Pruis that we had seen on the website, There was never any pressure from the salesman, he was very helpful and informative. He gave me the price of car told of the added maintenance option ask how that sounded never passed me with how much I needed this. The process was very easy and I got a great used car that looks new. while we were there there were several others there talking to salesmen but was a very relaxed atmosphere. We will certainly recommend this Toyota dealership to others. We give an A+ review to Hasan Adbellatif he was a great salesman in our estimate. Thank you to everyone we met there.
