Outstanding Dealership My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander. We had the privilege of working with Joel Iwanaga as our sales representative and John Can My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander. We had the privilege of working with Joel Iwanaga as our sales representative and John Cantwell sales manager. After introductions Joel began exploring our vehicle desire/requirements along with the options my wife desired. Shortly afterwards we took a test drive to confirm the Highlander was the best vehicle suited for our needs. We explored the possibly of a hybrid version but quickly determined it was not for her because of the few miles driven annually. After the test drive Joel and team began looking for the exact vehicle my wife wanted, within a short period of time they were able to locate one locally. At that point we began reviewing pricing discounts and net cost. After a brief discussion my wife and I agreed to their offer (which was competitive with all surrounding dealers) and began the purchasing process. The vehicle would not arrive until the next day so Joel and John completed the majority of the required paperwork to help speed up the process on delivery day. On delivery day Joel spent considerable time going over all of the features and benefits of the vehicle along with the pairing of my wifes iPhone. He also confirmed that all systems and computer updates were completed prior to our departure. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles throughout our lives and as a retired professional sales representative of 35+ years without a doubt I can say this has been our best purchasing experience. Not only do I applaud Joel Iwanaga and John Cantwell but their behind the scene team that insures great customer experiences. More

I was nicely surprised. Our salesman Jim was non-pressuring and very knowledgeable about what our need was for the Toyota tundra. During the buying process, we found out the dealership made an error that was in my favor financially. they still kept their word through the whole deal. My 6 year old daughter was with me through the whole buying process and she was good with the environment through the whole time. I couldn't be happier with the entire event. More

I drove in over an hour away and Adam was there waiting to show me the car. We took it for a drive, and a spider decided to drop down from the ceiling. I am terrified of spiders! Adam calmly and quickly showed me where to pull over so we could eliminate the monster. Thankfully we found it, and it was given a quick and painless death by shoe. We had a bonding moment over our near death experience. He is afraid of them too. I loved the car, got back and he assisted me quickly and efficiently. Brought my daughter juice, myself coffee and was very patient and kind. My daughter has special needs and I had told him we couldn't take too long waiting. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. More
