This week, I went to their web site and they advertis During the 90's and early 2000's, I always had a good experience with Beaverton Toyota Service. This week, I went to their web site and they advertised a special: Oil Change/TIre Rotation/Multipoint Check for $39.99. I then scheduled and confirmed an appointment online. But when I clicked the icon to put the appointment in my Google Calendar I got an error message and the appointment page had closed, so I called Service to confirm the appointment. It was not in their system. I told them I wanted the $39.99 service. The person I spoke with acknowledged the special and I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was first in line and was told to stand by my car and a service rep would be with me shortly. While I stood there waiting, at least 6 other cars pulled in after me. Service reps showed up, helped each of them, and escorted them to the waiting area. Their cars were moved to the service building. I was still waiting. I finally spoke with the person who had greeted me, and she said, "Oh, let me get a service rep." After another 5 minutes, a service rep arrived. I told her what service I wanted and she was not aware of the $39.99 special. She tried to tell me there was no such special at their location. So I had her pull up their web site and I showed it to her. She said OK. Then took me to the waiting area. A few minutes later she showed up with a printout, with prices and asked me to sign it. The cost estimate was about $80. So I reminded her of the $39.99 special. She said that would be added after the service was completed. So I signed. When the car was ready, a different service rep came to get me from the waiting area. He laid out the paperwork, which showed about $80. So I told him about the $39.99 special. He said there was no such thing. So I pulled it up on my phone. He was embarrassed, and went back to recalculate. He also said that because of the age of my car and the mileage, I needed to replace the coolant. I told him I had that done recently at their place. He/they apparently hadn't bothered to look at my service record. My experience was very frustrating. The service reps seemed disorganized and unaware of what was advertised on their own web site, and didn't bother to look at the service history of the car. The work done on the car was great, but the service reps need some serious training. I will probably go to a different Toyota dealer next time. I will have to drive a few more miles, but it would be worth it not to have to repeat my ordeal Beaverton Toyota. More

This is the reason I return to Beaverton Toyota for service and my second vehicle. Muhammad deserves a 10+++++. I returned today and he assisted in making sure my new I-Phone was talking to my car. Your service department quickly installed running boards on my new car while I went to lunch. When I returned the wait was only 5-10 minutes. Good job. Love my 2017 4Runner. If it is as good as my 2005 I will probably be returned for a third one down the road. More

Basically change the oil, filter and rotate the tires Two days later and 300 miles further down the road, I find my car is leaking oil. I checked under the car and found that the oil pan drain plug was loose. I went back to your service bay and they had the tech tighten the drain plug. Hardly any mention of "sorry". No mention of whether the oil has been top off. Just a mention that my car is ready to go.. This could have caused a major problem with my car if I did not notice the leak. I might expect something like this from the quick lube and filter change Company but I never would of expected something like this from a Toyota Service Center I also took a test drive with 2 Hybrid vehicle while at the service center. I am rethinking my reasons to buy another car More
Purchase of new car I checked dealers on line and having purchased a new truck in the past and having maintenance done at Beaverton Toyota, I made an appointment on line. I was met by Muhammad who showed us several cars and was very knowledgeable. We decided on a new RAV 4, the purchase from paperwork to trade in value was painless. We dealt with Muhammad from start to finish, but various managers and others checked to make sure we had what we needed and were treated very well. We are very happy with our car, with the purchasing of the car and the dealership. More
