Service Dept Reps Lack Knowledge, Transparency, Integrity I came in scheduled under a prepaid service package. Called in advance to schedule and confirm another oil change available on plan. When arriving for appointment I was told that I don't have oil change only tire rotation and employee who told me this is no longer employed. Manager came over and said let's do it and honor this. The employee protested and then they said no they can't honor this. When I requested proof of the service agreement plan they said they couldn't provide this. I was offered and oil change at $60.00. The employee then made comments to me when I asked how long my service would be " well what were you told when you called" and was clearly lacking professionalism with the cheeky attitude. I was a long time customer who won't return to Beaverton Toyota to purchase or service again. More

Muhammad Khan provided an impeccable experience. We went to the dealership three times in two days. The first night, Muhammad searched the lot for a specific vehicle. It was not close and was hard to find. I saw him running a few times to and from in search. He checked-in with us multiple times to let us know the situation while we patiently waited. First time making a "clear" purchase We did our best to eliminate all of the guesswork beforehand to make this transaction as quick and efficient as possible for us and Beaverton Toyota. We did our best to eliminate all of the guesswork beforehand to make this transaction as quick and efficient as possible for us and Beaverton Toyota. We knew we wanted a used RAV4 with less than 30K miles. We knew we were going to pay cash/write a check so would not have to go through the financing process.. We did not have a trade in so wouldn't have to go back and forth on the how much a trade in would be worth. We found the RAV 4 we wanted and figured we would make an offer, as per the usual car buying process. We were told that was not possible. Not an option in the Clear program. That's fine, but the Clear program says the customer will be in and out quickly...much faster than normal. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out that way. Apparently, there was a paperwork log jam...it was a busy Sunday afternoon...so had to wait quite a while to finalize the paperwork. Then another hiccup...when we went to pick up the car, it had not been cleaned. Guess there was a mixup and the cleaning process hadn't started yet. No big deal. Our guy, Hasan, expedited that process. So eventually, we drove the RAV 4 off the lot but soon noticed that it was almost out of gas. Again, no big deal but thought it was worth a mention. Having said all of that, we were fine with Beaverton Toyota overall. The RAV 4 is great. Hasan did a good job. But you might want to make sure the Clear program delivers on its promise. More
RAV 4 Lease Superb !!! Buying or leasing can be a strain, especially going in after a 10 hour workday. Dealings with Toyota have always been easy, and this was Superb !!! My lease was due to expire in 8 days, and i either needed to purchase the leased car, lease a different car, or take public transportation the rest of my life (!!!) Zach not only listened to what I needed, he listened to my stories. My first car was a 1967 Toyota Corona, and my last car will be a Toyota. More
