Peter worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. We appreciated the "Clear Price" concept at Beaverton Toyota, so that we didn't have to haggle over the price of the vehicle. We came in with another dealer quote, which was lower than the one Beaverton Toyota gave us. They worked very hard on financing and making a fair trade-in allowance and they were able to get their price very close to our prior quote. Although it was still a few dollars more, the fact that they had the color vehicle that we wanted sealed the deal. Our salesman, Peter Fenton, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and about the process, and we enjoyed meeting him. If there is any complaint at all, it would be that although it is true that it only takes one hour to do the deal, the clock doesn't start ticking until an agreement is reached, so we were actually at the dealership for more than 4 hours. I'm not sure that it could have been any faster, and we weren't feeling pressured in any way, but it is still a long process from beginning to end. On the plus side, though, Peter bought us lunch in their on-site deli, which was very nice and much appreciated. We will recommend Peter and Beaverton Toyota to our friends if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle in the future.. More

Great experience at Beaverton Toyota I went to chevy across the street spend two and half hours and they couldn't make a good deal for me. I was mad that I wasted 2 hours and walking out without a deal, I told the salesperson at chevy that I'm going to Toyota and I'll walk out with a brand new car. Got out of chevy straight went to Toyota, met Hansan he was really helpful, I always wanted a RAV4 and he made it possible for me. He was with me the entire time and with my special demands they made me a deal and I went home with a brand new 0 mile RAV4. More

Poor service, worse at "upselling" Poor service. The advisor felt it was more important to talk to another service advisor about how to fill out paperwork on an unrelated matter, than t Poor service. Quality of work on the vehicle is fine, but upselling is getting out of hand. If your car is out of warranty be careful about the upselling. See what they quote, and the same work can probable be done a AAA certified shop. "Offered" to fix a stuck bolt/nut for $100, which Les Schwab fixed for free. Still find ways to charge for things while the vehicle has Toyotacare. My first car at 16 came from Beaverton Toyota, and have 4 other Toyotas since then. So it is a real disappointment to see their level at its current state. More

Ask for Nickole Wells! I went in for the 25k checkup and to have my winter tires changed out for my regular tires. The checkup went perfectly well but the Toyota Service tea I went in for the 25k checkup and to have my winter tires changed out for my regular tires. The checkup went perfectly well but the Toyota Service team was unable to change out my tires. In my own forgetfulness I forgot to bring my lug nuts for the regular tires. I was concerned that I would not be able to get back in to change them out for another 3-4 weeks. Luckily, Nickole informed me that if I was able to return as soon as they opened up Easter morning, I could have my tires changed within the hour. I did what was asked of me and Beaverton's Toyota mechanic team was able to change them in less than 40 minutes. I have had issues in the past with other service members but never with Nickole. She has kept her word every time she was the one handling my case. I hope Beaverton Toyota recognizes Nickole and whomever worked on my vehicle Easter morning. I appreciate it very much. More

My salesman Hasan Abdellatif approached me with an honest and friendly smile and greeting and I knew I was in good hands. No pressure or gimmicks. Only relative stories about his experiences and insights into the truck i was interested in. He went out of his way to make my experience smooth and enjoyable.
