Purchasing my Rav4 Limited Alan McDonald was a delight to work with. I was so surprised to have Alan throughout the process of looking, purchasing, trade-in and final paperwork. Alan McDonald was a delight to work with. I was so surprised to have Alan throughout the process of looking, purchasing, trade-in and final paperwork...who knew it could be so efficient?!! I actually was "just looking", and had done a bit of homework. I had been to two other establishments and assumed the rest of my investigative process would continue to be centered around the archaic ways of the dreaded car "salesmany" business of at least some bait and switch. There was none of that! I got the price I wanted to pay on my Rav4 Limited AND I received a very fair trade-in amount. In fact everyone was so polite-opening doors, asking me if I needed anything..., I felt like a very well taken care of customer--so unexpected and appreciated. Oh, and Alan got down on his hands and knees to remove my bike hitch so I could reuse it on my newly purchased vehicle. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them and I will try to utilize their repairs and maintenance department whenever convenient for me. Kudos to you guys and gals at Beaverton Toyota!!
