We had to cancel our movie date but Clayton (service manager) I believe was his name stepped in and got us a rental for free. We lost our movie tickets but Clayton made it pretty painless to get the mirror fixed. More

Weak service compared to previous experience elsewhere I wasn't too impressed with my most recent experience at Beaverton Toyota. Tires were not inflated properly and even set up the pressure warning. I ha I wasn't too impressed with my most recent experience at Beaverton Toyota. Tires were not inflated properly and even set up the pressure warning. I had a detailing done where the floor mats were not reinstalled, the contents of the glove box was left spread out over the deck, the weather stripping was left sagging into the passenger compartment, the read deck didn't appear to be cleaned at all. I never say my service writer after 10 minutes of waiting. I'm checking out other Toyota dealers in the area for my next service, More
