A lot of waiting and little communication I went in for an oil change and a reattached of a "guard under the car". I was told it would be about two hours. I was given a ride home by a lovely man and that part was quick and easy. After three hours passed and I did not hear from them I called and had to leave a message. No one returned my call. After four hours I called and had to leave a message again no one returned my call. At about five hours I was told my car was done. There were no apologies for not returning my calls in a timely manner, or calling to tell me it would be much longer then they had first told me it would be. I got a ride to the dealership and then waited another hour for my paperwork to be complete. I'm thinking don't tell me to come get my car if the paperwork is not complete and you can't get it done in a reasonable period of time. So instead of two hours the total time they had my car was six hours. This is their business you would think they could give a better estimate and it was nothing complicated. More

This experience was totally different - very positive. Tony Hossini was very professional, sincere and helpful. He answered all of my questions directly and made the dreaded car buying experience positive for a change. He made an effort to make sure I was happy with the purchase. He made sure I had a full tank of gas when I left (they didn't do that for me last time). I can't say enough how one person's attitude and integrity makes all the difference. More

The only slight hiccup was during our paperwork process, Toyota didn't realize that they don't really work with our Credit Union so it was a bit of extra running around on our part and could've been avoided had they told us that prior, but overall Toyota was still very accomodating and it didn't hold us up on getting our car.
