Location, Location, Location. I know I can get better value if I go to a local mechanic, but there's something about a dealership that provides an "experience". The last service ex I know I can get better value if I go to a local mechanic, but there's something about a dealership that provides an "experience". The last service experience was for a regular oil/filter service. I appreciated the list of recommended service items printed out for me (along with the price). A couple things I was not satisfied with: 1. I was told the battery terminal was oxidized. It required cleaning and then sealing to prevent corrosion. Understood, but would it not phase the technician to at least brush off the oxidized area regardless of whether we decide to proceed with the recommendation? I mean, it took me less than 10 seconds to brush and blow it off. 2. When I opened the hood of my Camry, I noticed there were leaves and debris near the base of my windshield (probably because this car is parked outside most of the time). Again, it took me no more than 30 seconds to brush the leaves off on each side. Two things that could have been done (taking less than a minute of someone's time) which would have been noticed by both me and my wife. I get it, time is money. But when you're asked to rate the level of customer service, I include more than just kind and courteous service advisors. I also take into consideration the little things that the entire service team does to show they appreciate your business. The location of Beaverton Toyota is the reason why we go there. It's convenient. But it might be time to try other service centers. Overall, the facility is large, bright and nice. Just need to remember the primary reason for going in: auto maintenance/repair. I can sacrifice a nice lounge for quality, above-and-beyond work. More

Dane was very accommodating and patient with us as we went back and forth about what we wanted and needed. He navigated us through all the paperwork and ensured we knew what we were signing and what all the features did. Dane even helped us download the Halo Car App and made sure we were connected before we walked away. What made this experience even better was he took the time to follow-up the following day to make sure everything still as great as when we left. The whole experience didn't feel transactional or rushed at all, would definitely recommend Beaverton Toyota! More

Ed kept me informed every step of the way. My inverter stopped working on Saturday. Ed found my car was on an enhanced warrantee on Tuesday after having Master Tech examined my Prius. Parts were ordered but was delayed due to power outage on Wednesday. Got my car back on Thursday. Happy girl! Also was able to drive 2017 Prius. Yippee! Best part ... My MPG has improved. Totally love Beaverton Toyota!!! More
