Called Patrice, she thought it was because of tire rotation and balancing, I brought the car back, they kept it for a few hours, Patrice set me up with a rental for the duration. After picking up the cat that evening, it was still shaking dramatically and at different speeds, and the VSC engaged and locked the tires while I was driving on the 26 with my child in the car and the road was dry. So the next morning I contacted Patrice, explained to her what had happened, she had Rob drive the car with me, he made his observations and recommendations, Patrice set me up with another rental, and it was as Rob expected a separated tire, Patrice helped me find the best value set that matches my driving, and the car drives much better. On this day I came in without an appointment with a problem that had temporarily stranded me the previous evening - When I arrived Patrice was the first person I saw in the lobby at checkout desk with a customer, When she was done I simply asked if she could help me. She said yes and when I told her the problem said we'll get it checked out. 90 minutes later I was out the door and the car has been running better than it has for a while. She is a gem always great to deal with. More
