Wonderful sales experience for a first time buyer Both Mati and the Manager James were great to work with. Mati was a very patient and polite salesman, nothing like the cliche you would expect from a car salesman. His manager James was very busy and never once did his customer service skills falter. Service manager's can do attitude made my day I have been coming to Beaverton Toyota for 11 years -I have dealt with several service managers over the years - Patrice being one of them. On this da I have been coming to Beaverton Toyota for 11 years -I have dealt with several service managers over the years - Patrice being one of them. On this day I came in without an appointment with a problem that had temporarily stranded me the previous evening - When I arrived Patrice was the first person I saw in the lobby at checkout desk with a customer, When she was done I simply asked if she could help me. She said yes and when I told her the problem said we'll get it checked out. 90 minutes later I was out the door and the car has been running better than it has for a while. She is a gem always great to deal with. More

No star Worst dealership ever encountered in Washington and Oregon they are very disorganized and care more about their quotas than their customers. Ended up going to Vancouver and had a great experience. I would recommend skipping Beaverton Toyota and taking your business to any other dealership. More
