On this day I came in without an appointment with a problem that had temporarily stranded me the previous evening - When I arrived Patrice was the first person I saw in the lobby at checkout desk with a customer, When she was done I simply asked if she could help me. She said yes and when I told her the problem said we'll get it checked out. 90 minutes later I was out the door and the car has been running better than it has for a while. She is a gem always great to deal with. More

No star Worst dealership ever encountered in Washington and Oregon they are very disorganized and care more about their quotas than their customers.
