He was patient with answers to many questions and explained features of the 2016 Rav-4 Hybrid. He was able to accommodate a special need for a longer than typical test drive. We purchased the car and he spent extra time going over many details of the hands on features. He also invited us to contact him with future questions. Ron Chirrick was sincere and spoke highly of his company and their "one price" approach. We found the Beaverton Toyota building and lot clean and comfortable to do business in. Their employees worked late to accomplish the paperwork needed, and we did not see a sign of negative attitudes. More

Problem wasn't fixed Leakage in car. Wasn't fixed the first time although it costed me >$1000. Had to come back and had to pay again $120$. Although, I never had complai Leakage in car. Most Comfortable Car Dealership Experience I came in to the dealership twice, looking for a specific vehicle. I originally worked with Sean, and he was really great and I didn't feel any type o I came in to the dealership twice, looking for a specific vehicle. I originally worked with Sean, and he was really great and I didn't feel any type of pressure that I've felt at other dealerships. I explained that I wasn't ready to purchase, but would be within in the near future and he was able to quote me rough payment options and let me test drive the vehicle. I came back two weeks later and was then helped by Joel. The original car I had test drove had been sold already, but Joel took me in a different model and left with a new car later that afternoon. The experience as a whole was really great. Never once did I feel like I was being scammed or taken advantage of, and Joel was even able to negotiate a lower interest rate in the entire process, so my monthly payments are below what I was expecting. The service was wonderful from both Sean and Joel, and I would highly recommend Beaverton Toyota! More
