I was very reluctant to trade-in my vehicle because dealerships are notorious for offering auction prices. However, after Celso, Team Lead, convinced me to bring it in for an appraisal, I was pleasantly surprised to find the offer was within a couple hundred dollars of KBB private party! The first experience was obviously very positive or I wouldn't have consider Beaverton again. But, my second experience was even more impressive and even easier than the first. took 4 HOURS!!
