My wife and I met Ron and he was extremely pleasant to deal with. The only down side was we were there for a very long time but, still made us feel like family. My 8 yr old was able to watch kids movies in the playroom. They provided coffee and snacks for the family. Once paperwork was done it went very quick. The problem could be something very expensive but for now told me to just keep an eye out and bring the car back in if it happens again.
