Great customer service! I texted the dealership the night before to set up an appointment to test drive the car that I was interested in. No coordination between outsurced phone agents and dealer If you call the service center to schedule services you're really talking to an oursourced agent who is not that familiar with the dealer policies. I was told that a service voucher was valid and the dealer said it isn't. I'm not going to call out the service advisor at the dealer because she was dealing with a situation that the call center was responsible for. More
