Before coming in BT Wholesale provided me with CarFax and other info on the car and warranties and they were upfront about the fact it had been in a no airbags deployed accident. When I came in the next day BT Wholesale was helpful in arranging a test drive and providing information. I felt no pressure to buy - maybe because the car was going to sell itself because of the features and low-mileage. Nevertheless they took the time to go over options for accessories like towing package I needed. They of course offered the extended service agreement and explained it to me. I turned it down but was not pressured into adding it. Only complaint is that they weren't specific about the nature of the accident, but I found the repair history on Toyota's website and was convinced damages had been fixed. All in all one of the best experiences I've had with a dealership. More
