Every time we went in we were expecting to meet with one person only to wait and have someone else help us. I've reduced the rating because they were unable to mail the licensing documents to the DOT licensing agent until after the temporary expired. There is no excuse for this poor service. They also Emailed us an offer of 10% off accessories for our new car a couple of weeks after we bought it after we had paid $691for added dealer accessories when we picked up the car. The MSRP for the items was $562. 10% off then would have been nice. When it came just showed disrespect. More

I was very impressed by their speed and service, as well as their facility. I waited in their café/reception area and got some work done while I took advantage of the free coffee and accessible outlets for my laptop. Clear, helpful communication. Loved that I got a free car wash voucher too. More
