Tony greeted us at the door and immediately was very helpful in narrowing down what we wanted and matching that to what was available. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He made the whole process very easy: from vehicle selection, to test drive, to figuring out the numbers, to doing the paperwork, to showing me all the features of the car I ultimately chose. He went above and beyond in multiple ways and knew when to give us time to think/discuss--and when to be there for questions. Could not ask for a better salesperson. I liked that the whole process was done predominantly on an iPad: that's where we scanned the inventory, completed most of the paperwork--and were able to see how adding or removing features of the vehicle or adjusting the downpayment/duration of financing would affect the monthly payment. Also, this made the whole cost very transparent and tailored to what I wanted. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership--and especially Tony! More

Click, click, click Loud clicking sound from front area of engine. Took Sequoia in 2 times. They didn't believe noise was there. Two days later took car back. Technicians didn't believe it. I left car for 3 days. Technicians couldn't find source. So they replaced hose to oil cooler for power steering. I drove it home & noise continued. I took it back & left it for 3 days. Technicians couldn't find source of noise so someone decided to replace main belt. I drove it home and car hasn't made the sound in three weeks. Oh yes, they started out charging me $2,500.00 to replace both exhaust manifolds. That didn't solve the noise problem either. No, just a belt. More
