Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback from your Service experience. You are right, it shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change. We are constantly looking to improve and develop better process in order to to enhance our Guest experience and we wouldn't be able to do that without your feedback. Recently, based off of Toyota Factory recommendations, we no longer install after market wiper blade inserts but use Toyota Sightline Wiper Blades which do retail at $39.98. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review on Dealer Rater. It was great speaking with you a few weeks ago in regards to this concern. Like I said on the phone, I can understand your concerns regarding the vehicle, however, each time the vehicle is here, we have tried to diagnose, but cannot duplicate the problem. Because we believed it to be the battery, our best solution was to swap out the battery as we cannot warrant out a battery without proper documentation and proof. I asked that you reach out to me directly if the vehicle continued not to start but I have not heard from you. Please, if you have any concerns, do not hesitate to give me a call.
