Bad credit with a good price We came in very last minute Saturday. It was VERY busy. We were acknowledged very quickly upon arrival. Haveing very bad credit we were still able to get some for a decent price with $0 out the door so that was very convinient for our situation. We hope to do future service woth Toyota after our lease is up and purchase a 4Runner! Chase was very knowledgeable and had nothing to hide about prices,close out costs,turn in costs,etc. He had an appointment with another person to look at a car while I was doing paperwork and he did a pretty good job of multi tasking between two different customers. Joel Iwanaga and Beaverton Toyota are Terrific I leave for my 27 month overseas Peace Corps service in 12 days. I get to bring what I can fit into two carry-on suitcases. Everything else must go, including my 2006 Toyota Corolla LE. I explained this to Joel and he got to know me, cared about me, and did his best to help me successfully sell my car in a way that was a WIN-WIN for both me and Beaverton Toyota. Joel is a great person and Beaverton Toyota deserves credit for employing such outstanding people. Additionally, I purchased my car at Beaverton Toyota and recommended it to at least 3 other people who have bought cars there. The service department is excellent and does great work. They even told Joel I kept the car well maintained and recommended it. More

Bad Experience with my recent service visit I went in for my oil service as scheduled on early morning, and was told should be completed 1 hour, after 40 min, I was told that the car need to rep I went in for my oil service as scheduled on early morning, and was told should be completed 1 hour, after 40 min, I was told that the car need to replace a part (oil drain plug) since they can not install back of the original one, and I can not drive the car back to work without replace this part, and told me that I had no choice other than to have them to replace this part for me and charge me extra $130, well, this was surprise to me, I spoke with one of service managers, and he was mean, and he was saying that I can choose go other service location to do the service(well, I can not drive away now, if I knew, I would). very good got the car home and next day i found the inner fender skirt was torn :(.. I contact BUD DELVA....and I brought it in they came out and look at it .. got the car home and next day i found the inner fender skirt was torn :(..
