In my experience when i went shopping for my car, i visited B.Toyota, and wasnt quiet sold on the "One Price" thing. I felt like i had some money being loss not negotiating and ect. But I have to say it was quiet a pleasant experience buying my grandmothers SUV. They came out honest and genuine when it came to the final cost. Before signing i called other dealerships to see if they could match the cost and surprisingly they couldn't! So in the end Beaverton Toyota offers great customer service and a great price. I also want to mention if you are in a situation were you are in need of a bilingual sales associate to help communicate to you and your friend or family, work with Richard Kim. At Toyota, they all worked with us to make the trade-in process easy. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase or look at any other vehicle that I wasn't interested but they were present to answer all of our questions which made us feel very comfortable. We are VERY happy with our purchase and can't wait for all of the adventures we'll have with our new Toyotas. For some reason I decided that it was a good day to go take a look again and make sure. We pulled up and went to look at a certified sr5. It was pouring rain and this guy comes running up to greet us. He starts a conversation to find out what we are doing there and asks if we can take this to a dry place. Sure. We get inside and he finds a spot to sit and tell us about how this experience is going to go. Followed by gauging exactly what my goal was in finding a new ride. He got very detailed in his questions as we were not exactly sure what was going to suit us best. Tacoma, tundra, 4runner... We set out to test a Tacoma. Not just any, but exactly what I described I was looking for. We drive around and we both loved it but has to talk about it first. Also say in a 4runner or two and then Ajay offered to let us take the truck to go run a couple errands to get a real feel for it. We did not end up doing so but it was a nice gesture. I did ask about color availability and he had one other color I was interested in. We parted and Ajay and myself exchanged a few texts about the truck and later that evening we returned to complete the deal. It was smooth and comfortable and we only had to talk to and deal with Ajay the entire time. I highly recommend Beaverton Toyota if you're in the market for a vehicle. Even if you haven't considered a Toyota, go talk to Ajay, he'll help you out and who knows... You may be surprised. I love my truck and it fits me better than any other vehicle I've ever owned.
