The fact that these models are flying out the door so fast that that they have to be pre-ordered should tell you something, namely, that the 2017 Priu The fact that these models are flying out the door so fast that that they have to be pre-ordered should tell you something, namely, that the 2017 Prius Prime Advanced is probably the finest hybrid on the market today. This is my fourth Prius purchase, and my history with this car goes back 10 years--each time, with Beaverton Toyota. My main reservations with all the earlier models were with road noise, but this one rides much, much quieter. On my last model (2015), I noticed that there was no locking mechanism on the recharging port, but now, my new one has one, meaning that Toyota's engineers were on top of the problem, as they also were in so many other ways. For my needs, I doubt if I can go wrong with this car, or with Beaverton Toyota, with outstanding service and people whom I know I can trust. Driving a car should be a fun experience, and this one is indeed. More
