I traded in my 2014 Toyota Tacoma which had a salvaged title which I found out about two years later and they basically paid it off for me. Every other dealerships I went to didn't come close to what Beaverton Toyota offered me for Tacoma so I made right choice going back 2 days later. Got a brand new car and happy to get out of my salvaged Tacoma. Mati was Outstanding and would definetly recommend this place to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. More

I'm a research maniac and it was the lowest price for all the features we wanted. Our sales person was Adam Kadri. He was wonderful. No pressure, but attentive. The dealership is nice, clean and uses a lot of green technology like recycled rain water for washing cars and solar panels on the roof. Al of that is fine, but I'm looking for a good deal and not a lot of pressure or add on stuff. The way they have it set up is that you have a sales person like anywhere else but everything is done without some mysterious sales manager and repeated trips to "see what the boss says." I appreciated the no hassle or pressure purchase. It was my daughter's first dealer car purchase so I tried to let her do everything and see how it went. I was there for help in decisions but stayed on the fringe to see how they would approach and treat my 22 year old daughter on her purchase. Adam Kadri was great. He helped explain everything and we didn't have to get put in a room to do paperwork. Everything was done from the open customer area on an iPad. No pressure and we weren't berated or pressured when we declined the "Halo" technology add on. This was sort of difficult to find as it is by default added. This was my only point of contention with the purchase. This $895 add on was not something we wanted. It was a bit sneaky how it was in the price and paperwork but once we found it and declined it, they did not pressure us for it. We did add on a warranty but declined the "Halo" and the tire and wheel protection plan. They explained everything well and we were able to make an informed decision on the car and add-ons. Adam ensured the car was clean and full of gas. There were some marks on the paint that he made an appointment for my daughter to come back in to have buffed and waxed. Because it is a black car, there were a few water marks that they agreed to buff for her. This was all AFTER the paperwork was all completed. They could have told us "too bad" but they didn't. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I have purchased about ten cars in my life so far and this was the easiest one. Do yourself a favor and do your research and then stop by and see Adam Kadri. You'll like him and the sales process. I'm not an easy person to please on large purchases and have walked out of dealerships for shady practices. You won't find that here. I can't speak on anyone else there, but that's good because when you buy at Beaverton Toyota you don't have to deal with everyone. Just one person. I like that. We got a great deal on my daughter's one year old Carolla Sport which was certified with low mileage and a warranty after the factory warranty. We did the financing there as well and my daughter got a great rate. More

Upon arrival, we were introduced to I went to Beaverton Toyota to trade in my old Toyota and look for a new one, having not bought a car for 17 years. Upon arrival, we were introduced to Chase Manary, who provided us with skilled and friendly help by listening carefully to what we were looking for, surveying the inventory with us, and matching up our preferences with a vehicle that was a perfect choice in the test drive. We were impressed by Chase's knowledge of Toyota vehicles and inventory, and his care to provide us a welcome from the start of the process to the finish. He was generous with his time and sincerely interested in providing us with the best experience to select a car at the dealership. The review of car purchase and paperwork was transparent, as Chase went over everything thoroughly and there was no rush and no pressure. Prior to driving away in my new car, Chase set up the bluetooth system and explained all the dashboard controls and options to me. When I left everything was set up, saving me a lot of time with the manuals. The facility is spacious and well designed and looked comfortable for people there for repair work as well as sales. The inventory offered lots of options. The system at this dealership of having one person help customers from start to finish is especially good for continuity of the process of buying a car. The "clear" system at the dealership that Chase explained eliminated the stress of negotiation, and the staff who completed the paperwork were very efficient. I appreciated that Manager Selso Olivas welcomed us at the outset and thanked us for our business when we were ready to drive away with our new car. Thank you to the entire staff for excellent work in taking in my old car and handling all of the details of our purchase. I left confident with my choice and am delighted with my new car. More
