I knew I was interested in purchasing another Highlander Hybrid and just because they didn't have a hybrid there to test drive did not deter Muhammad--he brought out a 2017 Highlander XLE, knowing this would provide me with the same experience. He was very personable and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with ease. He provided me with an outstanding trade-in value for my 2012 Hybrid. I knew the 2017 was the right choice for me, and he was able to locate a Hybrid XLE in the very color I desired and took my deposit for the "car of my dreams". Muhammad kept me informed of the progress and final delivery 3 weeks later. As expected, he did a very thorough job of orienting me to all the features and details of my new car. I was treated with respect, honesty, warmth and humor--an all-around great experience!. More

We spent a couple of hours just sitting at a table waiting even after credit checks were run and all forms (except for the final sale) had been completed. More
