We worked with Parth, who was a gentle soul. The car we wanted was already in the process of being bought by another family, so Parth gave us some other options which actually worked out better for us. Everyone there was lovely. You could tell that everyone enjoyed working there and were happy with their jobs. They also gave us a really good price on our trade in! The salesman was Tony Hossini who was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt in taking care of all the paper work involved. Their approach that the offered price was the best offer worked great. Before I purchased the car, I researched what would be the reasonable for the car and the value of my trade in. The price was where I expected it to be and the trade value for my car was at the upper end of its value. In the future if I am again in the market for a car, this is where I want to go. There are closer Toyota dealerships where I live, but when I need to service my car, this is where I plan to go if their service department is like their sales department. More
