Engine noise diagnosed as leaky exhaust manifold. Recommended to replace both manifolds for over $2,500.00. Surprise few days later noise came back same as before diagnosed as leaky exhaust manifold. Recommended to replace both manifolds for over $2,500.00. Surprise few days later noise came back same as before. Loud when starting cold especially in mornings. BT couldn't diagnose. After having car 7 days they decided to replace accessory drive belt. No noise first day starting engine. Still don't know if noise will return. Crazy.,my best guess is the exhaust manifolds were never the problem. Just wasted a lot of money!!!! More

Purchase of a Prius Prime We went to the dealership to learn more about the Prius Prime to see if we wanted to buy it. Ajay spent hours answering our questions. By the end of the evening, we had put a deposit on a prime (even though we were uncertain about purchasing one prior to going to the dealership). It did take a while to get here with some unexpected delays but I felt that I was treated fairly and when I left with the car, had a pretty good basic understanding of the basics of the car. Nice touch to have jazzy music playing on Sirius when I went for my first drive. More
