No Follow up I visited for first oil change and navigation hard reset issue on Jan 18th, 2017. I had no problem with oil change. However, they could not upgrade th I visited for first oil change and navigation hard reset issue on Jan 18th, 2017. I had no problem with oil change. However, they could not upgrade the software for Navigation unit (Of course not, I purchased 2017 Tundra in Nov. 2016) because it has newest software. Dustin told me that he has to contact Corp. office to figure out what it need to be done but till today I have not heard anything yet. I left the message on his voice mail (Jan 25th and 26th), but still no returning call. He said Navigation hard reset is known issue, then where is the solution??? Don't you guys supposed to call the customer and at least to inform what is going on??? More

The spilled syrup. Brian took one look at my stuck hatch and correctly diagnosed it. Don't know how the syrup got in the seam of the hatch, however, all is good. I feel that they were listening to our concerns and made sure My husband and I had a good experience purchasing a new vehicle from Beaverton Toyota. I feel that they were listening to our concerns and made sure that we was satisfied with our purchase. Even after signing paperwork for a new car, I raised my concern about the few scratches that needed to be fixed and the amount of miles on the car already. Which 140 miles is a lot for a brand-new 2017! Without giving me a hard time they found me the same exact vehicle with no scratches on it and only 5 miles. We went through the paperwork again and they didn't make me feel bad about it. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with this purchase. And I am. Thank you Beaverton Toyota! More
