From their Service Department to their Sales Department, they have always showed the greatest respect, willingness to help with whatever my needs might be and have gone the "extra mile" to make sure that I have always gone away satisfied and happy. Andrew Hudson, Tony Hossini have always gone the extra mile for me. I would recommend them to anyone buying, selling, etc. a car. The Service Department is awesome as well. 2 hour wait for overpriced services My invoice when I checked in was showing $95 for a synthetic oil change. This is way more than I have ever paid anywhere. My last oil change at Beaverton Toyota was $54.95. I looked online and found a coupon for Toyota of Portland that was honored after I threatened to leave cause it was on $65.95 at their location. I feel like it shouldn't take 2 hours to get an oil change. There are much cheaper options out there. Customers should have to pull up internet coupons to get the best price. I've always believed in getting service from s dealership, but not if they are over charging and making you wait forever. More
