I set up a service center appointment at Beaverton Toyota and made the egregious mistake of not checking the simplest of answers first, the fuse. When I arrived to the service center, the technician that met me mentioned "oh, it could very well just be a fuse". *Initiate palm to forehead slap* He said that the service crew would check my electrical system, which would be $60, or if it was the fuse it would be much less. When he came back 2 hours later he said that the service crew performed an electrical test and found nothing wrong with the electrical system. They had changed the fuse. The total was $63 with $60 being the electrical test. I was late for work and didn't have time to sit with the technician and argue about the cost, but certainly there must be drawers and drawers of every type of fuse for Toyota cars sitting around at this service center. They very easily could have spent 1 minute popping in a fuse, seeing that it fixed it, and charged me whatever the fuse and labor cost. In the end, I yet again feel these types of large service centers are always doing their best to dupe the customer by doing completely unnecessary work, which they then charge for. More

Time spent there was approximately 2.5 hrs. and I drove off in my fabulous Toyota Camry. I was able to get into a newer car than I expected and she was very patient with all questions that I threw her way. I will recommend her to anyone looking to get into a new or used car. Today was the first time I had gone to Beaverton Toyota and it took you guys 10 minutes to notice us, but after a friendly welcome from your sales guys (Muhammad) it was clear we were in the right place. The prices were good and so were the interest rates. My wife fell in love right away with a 2016 camry and the color was perfect. Next time I go buy a car for myself, I will go back to you guys. Instead, he listens to what I want and tries to figure out how he can present me with options that will give me what I want. Kevin works with me on what I can afford financially, and we always figure out how to get it done. Kevin also knows so much about every single Toyota, he taught me so much about the accessories in the Corolla!! More
Delighted from Washington State I'm from Everett WA and was looking for a new Highlander and also a fair price for my trade. While internet shopping I found just the vehicle I was l I'm from Everett WA and was looking for a new Highlander and also a fair price for my trade. While internet shopping I found just the vehicle I was looking for along with an offer for my trade that I thought was very reasonable. All of the local dealers low-balled my trade (2014 Mercedes), and would not even give me a clear price for the Highlander. I inquired as to the availability and promptly got an e-mail and call from John Callaghan. John was pleasant on the phone and gave me all the info that I needed to determine whether it was worth driving 160 miles to visit Beaverton Toyota. Well, let me tell you, it was definitely worth it!! Although John couldn't be there during my appointment, he left me in the very capable hands of Muhammad Khan. The Highlander I was interested in was prepared ahead of my visit and ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived. I met Muhammad and after a few minutes to get acquainted with one another, we went for a drive. During the drive, another individual checked out my trade and worked up an offer. After a very successful test drive, Muhammad gave me an offer for my trade that was actually higher than what was originally computed!! When does that happen !! So with an excellent offer for my trade, and a CLEAR price for the Highlander, we did a deal !! The purchase was completely handled by Muhammad and only took about 30-45 minutes. Throughout the process Muhammad made sure we were taken care of with snacks and refreshments. When we were done with the purchase, the vehicle was ready for us to take delivery and Muhammad gave us an excellent run through of the Highlander and made sure we were good to get on our way back to Everett. Beaverton Toyota and their staff, including Muhammad Khan and John Callaghan completely lived up to their word and treated us like royalty. Even though I didn't actually meet John, his prompt call and attentiveness is what ultimately led to our visit. Muhammad treated us extremely well and was a pleasure to work with. I have to say, this was the best dealer experience I've ever had, even with the drive to Beaverton!! By the way, they handled the Washington State DMV paperwork flawlessly. In less than two weeks I received my new plates in the mail. Way to go guys!! Thank you for such a great experience! You can be sure I'll return for the next Toyota! More

Emergency Service Visit Last week the original 12-volt battery on our 2004 Prius died. AAA got it started and I drove straight to the Beaverton Toyota Service Department. Despite having no appointment, my problem was swiftly and courteously addressed. Gregg Hoffman, my service advisor, made sure the job got done as soon as possible. This sort of service has been my experience on every visit, scheduled or not. I've been going to Beaverton Toyota for all our service needs over eleven years, and I'm sure that's why our 2004 Prius is still running great, after 200,000 miles! More
