not impressed bought my 2016 rav 4 from this dealership january 2016. and paid about 2300.00 for extended warranty. in december of 2016 my entune system got a bug i bought my 2016 rav 4 from this dealership january 2016. and paid about 2300.00 for extended warranty. in december of 2016 my entune system got a bug in it--not responsive to touch, none of the apps are working, everything is frozen. i placed two separate calls on two separate days and way only able to leave a message for an anonymous service technician, asking for a call back. never received a call back. so finally i scheduled an 11 a.m. appt on Saturday Dec. 24th. Didn't receive a confirmation of that appointment, so had to call them on Dec 23rd. Yes, they had received my appointment reservation, but advised me to come in earlier because they elected to close at noon on Dec 24th and the download needed to restore my Entune would take 90 minutes. Fine. Good thing i called. i asked if i could get a loaner as my car salesman promised i would be eligible for since i was regarded as a "premium customer". no, i was told: Toyoto would never pay for that unless i needed to leave it overnight (another promise broken). I showed up at 10 a.m. and waited approx 2 hours while they worked to download the fix to my entune. Then was told that download didn't work, that Toyota main office was closed because of the holiday, that they would call first thing on next business day, and let me know what was going on. fine. the following Tuesday, i had not received any call back from this dealership (do they EVER respond to my voice messages? not yet!). called back the next day, was told my service technician was out sick on this Tuesday, to leave another voice message for him and he would be sure to call me back. Again, no call back. On Thursday, I placed ANOTHER CALL and finally got a call back from the service technician explaining he'd been out sick, that a new radio? had been ordered for my vehicle, that it takes 3-5 days to arrive but with the holidays would likely be longer than that, that Someone would call me when it did arrive so i could schedule another appointment. Well, it is now Jan. 8th and i still haven't had a call back, and i'm wondering why a radio is going to be replaced when the radio is somewhat working, but not even the clock is. Frustrating. I'm 62 years old and used to superior level of service/feedback from my former service company and i work in the service industry and at this point have no confidence in Beaverton Toyota. More

Great service experience! I always appreciate how Beaverton Toyota greets me promptly at the service bays, and gives me priority because I have an appointment. I wait in a comfortable lounge, have a cup of complimentary coffee, and before I know it, the work is done. The service advisor explains everything that was done, and the results of important inspections. Overall, a pleasant experience every time so far! More

They had my car serviced, washed and ready for pickup in 2 hours. With Toyota Care on my new car the service was free of charge. I have used Beaverton Toyota for many years, and would highly recommend this service center. More
