I appreciated the effort he put in to make sure my financial obligations were within my budget. He went on my behalf to get more for my trade-in and to be creative in my financing. I got to walk away with a wonderful car and felt very well taken care of. Thanks Hasan! Kyle introduced himself, which was a nice touch and Gabe was more than willing to help out when Hasan was busy. Overall, I felt like a valued customer and was happy to give this dealership my business. The only thing was that when I returned to finalize the deal, no one helped me for about 5 minutes. There wasn't anyone at the desk and everyone else seemed to be with clients. So it was likely because it was busy, but it felt a little disheartening. Once Gabe saw me, he took care of me, but it was weird to stand there for a while without even a hello. Just one piece of feedback I'd pass along. More

Terrific sales professional Our salesperson, Parth Gadhia, was wonderful. He guided us through the process with professionalism. The whole process took longer than it needed to (4 hours), though, because he had to keep going back and forth to a printer/office/something else at the far end of the building from where we were. Moving a printer closer to the area where business is completed (a very pleasant place, by the way - quiet with comfortable chairs; free food and drinks) would cut down on the waiting time for customers. Perhaps an additional printer would be helpful as well. Our overall experience was quite pleasant, just longer than we had planned. But everyone we dealt with treated us with respect and courtesy. I definitely recommend Parth and would ask for him again if we are ever in the market for a new car again. He is a very good representative of a very good dealership. More

However, Vadim was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions with ease and was very kind and understanding. Parth took me through the process for a Prius, which I also test drove before buying. I ended up buying a 2013 Prius with Parth, who was also very knowledgable and was a great salesman. He was very professional and easy to work with. Parth was very clear and patient with our questions. Overall a great experience at Beaverton Toyota. More
