Oil change and multi inspection w/ tire rotation Poor service received at my last visit in the service center! The tech that helped me kept trying to get more money from me and was not being very fri Poor service received at my last visit in the service center! The tech that helped me kept trying to get more money from me and was not being very friendly. He also didn't want to honor my coupon but after speaking with management he did. It was not my fault that they took it down from the website, luckily I had a screenshot of it. I also overheard him saying I'll end up paying more from my service any way cause of the extra quarts of oil needed and the disposal of the old oil. I understand that but he was saying how I will still be paying more. That way to his manager he was saying they can honor my coupon but I will still pay way more. I've been there a few times and I know it requires more oil. I totally did not like his attitude towards me, he was being a typical mechanic/tech where each time they come back to see me he has another dollar amount and telling me all of the repairs I needed. Plus I was a female and went without my husband. My car started just fine before I went in and he told me they had to jump start my car to where I would end up buying a new battery from him but I didn't. I went and got it from Costco instead. I haven't put the new battery in yet but my car started every time since I went in. I know he said I had a bad cell but I swear he was lying about needing to jump start my car. I don't know if I will ever go back after this last visit on 1/12/17. More

My niece's were with me and the younger one was offered his iPad to play games on and showed us the playroom fully equipped with her favorite movie playing!!
