First service on new vehicle review: The personnel is professional and the atmosphere is great. The only thing that I have an issue with is the technician(s) that worked on my vehicle sho The personnel is professional and the atmosphere is great. The only thing that I have an issue with is the technician(s) that worked on my vehicle should wipe down the front portion of the hood. Upon completion of the service there were oil smudges, finger prints in front of the hood where it closes. Recommend to the tech(s) that work on my vehicle. When you're finish with any vehicle and see any oil smudges in front to the hood. Please wipe it down and take pride of your work. Another thing that this dealership should do is that after any services that is done to the vehicle. The vehicle should have a complimentary car wash. This would be an excellent addition to your services. Regardless if it's raining or not. With that being said, this review would've been a 5 star review but, only if they cared about the appearance of their work afterward. Bad experience I recently purchased my first Toyota at Beaverton Toyota and due to a very bad experience this will be my LAST Toyota. The problem was that the sales I recently purchased my first Toyota at Beaverton Toyota and due to a very bad experience this will be my LAST Toyota. The problem was that the salesman did not disclose all the fees until the final closing which due to circumstances I had no alternative but to continue with the purchase. The manager came to the discussion and did not present himself nor give me a card. I asked him if he would fix the problem and he emphatically said no. I am disappointed that Toyota America supports this type of behavior by a dealership. I am further appalled that Beaverton Toyota would for such a small amount discredit both their dealership and Toyota Brand. I had looked forward to owning and driving Toyota, but with this experience it is difficult to even look at the vehicle. It is completely unacceptable for only $315.00 in a $50,000.00 purchase to create this situation. I would not recommend this dealership or unfortunately Toyota to anyone for purchasing a vehicle. More
