service We usually have a good experience with Beaverton Toyota's service department. This time we came in for an oil change. Since my car is a 2003 Prius, We usually have a good experience with Beaverton Toyota's service department. This time we came in for an oil change. Since my car is a 2003 Prius, I asked to have the radiator and brakes checked. 2 1/2 hours later I had not heard from my service advisor. I went back to his desk. He told me that he had not had time to look at my paperwork since he was busy with another customer. Meanwhile he did not ask anyone else to come talk to me. I was then told that the rear brakes needed work. That they were "very bad". I asked if they were going to fix them and was told he could not without talking to me first, which of course he did not do. My husband and I took the car to another service station the next day. We were told that the rear brakes still had 40% use and were ok to drive on. We will be replacing that car eventually but we are very hesitant to go to Beaverton Toyota for that after this experience. More
