I had a terrible experience at other car dealerships such as Vancouver Toyota and Royal Moores (terrible experience, I must add that the sales man was fine but the sales manager was very rude). Wasif was very friendly, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable on the Toyota Tacomas. He easily gained my trust. I never felt rushed with him at all and he was just so helpful in making the selection process easier as well as the purchasing process. I highly recommend Wasif to anyone that is looking to buy a car. Beaverton Toyota from a facilities standpoint is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and a lot of space. From a price standpoint, honestly, if you are buying a Toyota, save yourself hassle and time and go to Beaverton. The way they price their vehicles, no other dealership can compete with their prices. I drove miles and miles and wish I would have just went to Beaverton. They offer the best prices. Just do the online research first and you'll see. I have to add that, how a customer is treated throughout the whole process is very important to whether we decide to purchase from a dealership. Biff and Wasif deserved my business because of their outstanding customer services. This is the first time I've purchased a car and with the way Beaverton Toyota treated me, I think I will only buy a Toyota from now on and at this location. More

Because we are located so rural, we knew we would have to travel to purchase his vehicle, so he began with emails to many Toyota dealerships, from Portland to Boise and everywhere in between. With Beaverton Toyota, they did not try to "jerk him around." We got the bottom-line price at the beginning of the conversation as opposed to the back-and-forth conversation other dealerships were putting him through. My husband knew what he wanted; it was just a matter of which dealer would give him the best deal. Everything with Beaverton Toyota was black and white from the beginning, so we made the 4-hour one-way drive to pick up the truck. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot, they made us feel welcome. When we got there, they were very aware of the distance we had traveled and did everything to make us comfortable....from bringing us lunch to showing us where their dedicated "doggy area" was. All of the employees were dressed formally. The showroom was immaculate. Their attention to detail was amazing. They were proud of their workplace, and it showed. They were very busy the day we were there (it was a Saturday), but our purchase experience was a positive one, and we will be referring friends to Beaverton Toyota.
