O n 07/20/2022 I brought my 2019 Tacoma in for 30,000 mile service. Approximately 45 minutes later I was handed an itemized bill for service and parts. When I was home I read the itemized bill and decide mile service. Approximately 45 minutes later I was handed an itemized bill for service and parts. When I was home I read the itemized bill and decided to remove my air filter. If was an old filter; not serviced. Went back to the dealership to complaint to the advisor. He admitted the part was not replaced and service was not performed. He said he would refund me. I never received a refund. I now questing whether they performed any service on my truck. It's my opinion I was fleeced by a few employees that participate in fraud through the dealership. What's CLEAR here is fraud and deception. How many others that are unaware. If I hadn't decided to look at the filter I wouldn't have known. More
