New Car Sales It was a surprise to receive dealership extras with our new Prius Four. Sum of the items I was going to order for the car and another one or two would not have been ordered because of the additional cost. However, because they were included with the deal and a small rebate we felt comfortable adding additional items. We are very happy with the deal. This has to be the first time I've left a dealership in a positive mind set. And for the first time ever, I would like to commend a sales representative: Bud Delva for his patience and attitude. He was easy to work with and really enhanced a no pressure experience in this sale. I described what we were looking for and had several questions he was able to answer or researched for. Overall the buying experience was pretty good compared to the other seven dealerships I've bought cars and trucks from. Most notable was a few years ago at Wilsonville Toyota which I didn't like, and a GMC dealer in Michigan that was a real pain where we talked with at least 7 different people. The only problem was we wanted to put $10,000.00 dollars down on our credit card towards the purchase but was told the max was only a $1,000. We were paying the rest in cash. More

I had done a bit of the homework ahead of time and the information given by the sales representative was accurate for the most part. MJ helped me out through the whole process, starting from the test drive, car research, the actual purchase and paperwork. Jessica was also very helpful in coordinating everything. There is a spacious cafe and waiting area. What stands out with this dealership is that I was not pressurized in to making a choice and I was given time to consider all my options before deciding on the car. The other plus is they do not call you during the day, trying to convince you to buy a car. They use the 'CLEAR' process, which is something new and all about transparency.
