Great Rav4 Hybrid and great salesman I wanted a hybrid that had room to haul stuff and carry my dog. It also needed a radio and CD player and heated seats. They look for manufacturer promotions and any ways to save you money. If you come by just to look but not to buy, they do not hound you after leave the lot. I test drove some cars then came back a week later to buy. They had me in & out in an hour. They will try to sell you an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance but it's easy to decline. They work from iPhones and iPads. Everything is out there and transparent. You work with ONE person who does not employ any of the traditional, sleazy car salesman tactics. If more dealers operated this way, they would sell more cars, make more money and have repeat happy customers. More
