Kind of dissapointing I went in for an appointment for a recall on my Tundra passenger airbag. it was supposed to take 2 hours. It took 4 hours instead. People I've talked to say that when the service manager starts asking about extra service items at Beaverton Toyota it means that the shop is backed up and you WILL take longer than advertised. I was shown a number of other services that might need doing, including a 120K mile service which I just had done about 40,000 ago. You have a LOT of service managers. We bought five Toyota vehicles from Toyota of Santa Maria California. We always had great service that finished on time. They have two service managers for about 15 workers and they always stay on top of things. Your service people are very, very attentive, but with a dozen or more of these I wonder how many service techs you have out there. By the Santa Maria standard there should be around 50 workers in the shop. You have an outstanding waiting area and the service managers are way overboard gushy. That's all OK, but I needed to leave by one at the latest, which I figured should be easy with a 10:05 appointment that should take 2 hours. But I didn't get out until 2. I wasn't going to use the car wash, but there was a big black scuff on the passenger side front bumper when it came out of the shop so I ran it through hoping it would come off. Granted mine is an old truck with a few dents, but they kind of blend in. The scuff on the fender really stands out. You could probably stand to have a few more service people and less service managers. We live in Vancouver but used your store for service because our kids live in the Beaverton area and have used you before. We've serviced our vehicles with you since we moved to the area a year ago. After this latest visit we will probably see what Vancouver Toyota has to offer. I'm not sure who my service manager was, but I have to check someone, so I'll pick the first one. No air bags I got up early to come in for a 7am appointment. At 7:30 my representative told me my part was not here but on national backorder and earliest relea I got up early to come in for a 7am appointment. At 7:30 my representative told me my part was not here but on national backorder and earliest release would be Dec. 15. I now drive until then without airbags. I understand the problem, but notification would have been nice. How do I know you will keep tabs on this and let me know the status? Normally good service. Mary Ann Frisch More

Second vehicle this year, another excellent experience After getting a new prius at Beaverton Toyota in February, I checked out some vehicles at other Toyota dealerships and was let down by the difference. After getting a new prius at Beaverton Toyota in February, I checked out some vehicles at other Toyota dealerships and was let down by the difference. I returned to Beaverton to get a 4 runner and the experience was smooth as could be, people were great and we actually stayed much longer than we needed to just hanging out with David who helped us because it was a pleasure to be there with him. We were undecided on a vehicle and we're looking at several models to consider. David was so patient and helpful through our decision process. More
