Rep came over and discussed the issues. A part had to be replaced and a de-carbon was recommended. It took about an hour from there to complete. Total bill was $578. Seems like a very thorough inspection process, this is quite a bit to pay for routine maintenance. My last bill was over $600 a few months ago. This has been a good car thus far, overall good service every 5,000 miles. More

Three trips for an oil change and a tire rotation? Went in for my 100,000 mile service. They told me I didn't need it. Yay? So I had them just do the oil and rotate the tires. Was given this cool sheet showing they checked everything and it was all good. I went home and by the time I got home my low tire light was on. Get out in the garage and it's flat, I add air and think maybe there was an issue when they rotated the tire as the cap was missing. Next day I'm running errands and the car decides to not start. So I get a jump and drive to the dealer and tell them about the battery and the tire. They tell me the battery was bad because they tested the battery. Buy a new battery and go home. Get home and I can hear the air coming out of the tire, which didn't get checked, they just added air. So, tires and battery were "checked and passed" at dealer and failed the next day. Coincidence? Sucks that les schwab had to fix things for me. More

The service representatives communicate well, they accommodate their customers with computer accessibility, and they reassure their waiting customers that they haven't been forgotten, when their service is a little longer than expected. I was able to walk my dog around the walking path created for pets, and chat with other pet owners at the outside seating! The Beaverton Toyota Service Department is the strength of Beaverton Toyota.
