Best Car Purchase Expierience I've Had! I went into Beaverton Toyota to look at a used Toyota Venza and Honda Crosstour. I was handed over from reception to Muhammad Khan. Muhammad escorted I went into Beaverton Toyota to look at a used Toyota Venza and Honda Crosstour. I was handed over from reception to Muhammad Khan. Muhammad escorted me out to the Honda and suggested a test drive - and zoom we where off. After a short adequate loop we took the venza out to get an idea of the differences etc. After that second drive I had my mind made up on the Honda. Muhammad had my trade in appraised and the offer he arranged for me was more than I had planned on - honestly. After some time with paperwork and being offered some options for my purchase the deal was done. Muhammad was honest, listened to me and treated me with respect and care without ever taking down to me or questioning my feelings on the deal. Good, but needs to please customer We (my wife and I) bought a new Corolla at the end of May. I use it for work and drive a lot, so our second oil change at 10,000 miles was last week. We (my wife and I) bought a new Corolla at the end of May. I use it for work and drive a lot, so our second oil change at 10,000 miles was last week. The wipers were streaking, so I had my wife, who took it in to be serviced, ask about new wipers being covered under our warranty. They are covered, but the lady insisted that the wipers were fine and just needed to be cleaned. After my wife told her that they were continually streaking, the lady still insisted that all they needed was cleaning. So, she cleaned them when our oil was being changed...and the next day when it rained and we used them, they were still streaking. It would have been nice if the Service Center would have just replaced them and pleased us, their customer, instead of arguing that all they needed was cleaned, when they actually needed replaced. After buying a brand new car 5 months earlier, you would think that new wipers wouldn't be a problem to replace to please the customer, and also since they were under warranty. More
