Great Service When my 2012 Rav4 struggled to start on a Saturday I drove to the Beaverton Toyota service center to see if they could squeeze me into the schedule. They could not, so I made a Monday morning appointment with Brian, left my car (I was concerned by Monday it might need to be towed), and rented a car since I needed to be at work Monday morning. By the time I got to work Monday Brian had already diagnosed the problem. I authorized the repair, which was quickly done. I picked the car up Monday afternoon (it had been ready since 10 am).. One of the things I like about Beaverton Toyota's service dept is the personal service they provide. Although my repair turned out to be minor, Brian was in touch with me three times throughout the day and personally explained the work done and my invoice when I picked up my car. I now have confidence again that I can rely on my car starting every time. I also was delighted that the rental car charges were waived - Thank you! More

Extended Warranty dash I noticed my dash got sticky when it was hot, and actually hanged permanently if I touched it when hot. I didn't think I had any choice but to live wi I noticed my dash got sticky when it was hot, and actually hanged permanently if I touched it when hot. I didn't think I had any choice but to live with it. Then I got a mailing from Toyota Corporation saying they would replace my dash for free with an extended warranty. It was not a recall. I thought WOW! What a great company to stand by their product when they didn't have to. I contacted Beaverton Toyota and had my dash replaced, at no cost to me. I was very happy with how good I was treated. I have done business with Beaverton Toyota for 2 decades and have ALWAYS been very happy with them. Thanks for letting me share my love for the Toyota brand and Beaverton Toyota dealership. More

We emailed to check on the price of the vehicle that we wanted, had a scheduled appointment with a contact name and drove 1 1/2 hrs to Beaverton Toyot We emailed to check on the price of the vehicle that we wanted, had a scheduled appointment with a contact name and drove 1 1/2 hrs to Beaverton Toyota. Upon arrival we discovered that our contact wasn't there and had left no instructions for anyone else to show us the vehicle. So, Zack Berman was handed the task and wasn't even phased when I was a bit grumpy about the situation. He was very understanding, calm & patient with us...and very knowledgable about the vehicle and made sure that we got all the features & accessories that we wanted on our beautiful 4Runner. And arranged to have a scratch repaired on the vehicle as well...no small feat when this unexpected problem was discovered when we went to test drive it! Zack saved this sale!!! More

Daniel is Awesome! My girlfriend and I have been looking for a car for a few weeks and have had one horrible experience after another. As soon as we walked towards the Toyota building Daniel greeted us and we began to get to work on finding the perfect car for our family. He was very nice, informative and funny. We were very confident in what kind of car we were looking for before we arrived at Toyota. Daniel showed us a vehicle that we never even considered and thought we would never drive (Toyota Sienna). After looking at the Sienna and Highlander (the car we wanted) we were sold on the Sienna. We love the third row seating, the back up camera and the big trunk. If Daniel wouldn't have shown us the Sienna we would have walked out of there without a car. He showed us that we had more options than only the two cars we had in mind.
