When Zack first announced the policy of the dealership was not to play the "let's see what my manager says" pressure game, I thought, OK, let's see about that. Turns out, he spoke the truth. Honestly, I had not intended on buying a car last Saturday. Our son had just been insisting that we needed to get rid of our sometimes less-than-reliable second car and buy one that would last longer than either my wife or me. Zack led us to that car, patiently answered our questions, and before our visit was over, we really wanted to give him the sale. Then comes the experience with the dreaded up-line manager. Celso was low-key and made sure he did not upset the favorable climate that Zack had created. Of course, your dealership was at an advantage, because our son was with us, having purchased three Toyotas in his much shorter car-buying experience.
